A lot of work from you so...I've found some details to consider...:
- "Umphrey's McGee 2014-10-31 Jannus Live, St. Petersburg, FL" (in your list) is really "2014 1031 House of Blues, Boston, MA" (as folder downloaded)
- As a nice surprise :) "Trey Anastasio 2015 1031 Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV" downloaded don't appear in the list
- PHISH "2014 1031 MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, NV" has two downloads
- Grateful Dead Dick's Pick 02 is really "1971 1031 Ohio Theatre, Columbus, Ohio" as in list, not as in folder downloaded as "1987 1031 Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, NY (rar 114MB)"
- And...unfortunatelly I can't unrar Grateful Dead "1987 1031 Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, NY (rar 234MB)" that I assume is as labeled.
I hope all this can help you to improve your impressive upload.

Is fixed now??
I've re-downloaded and has the same problems as before.
- It's two tracks (6 & 9) Take A Step Back, with (") that I can fix renaming and deleting this (") and so I can unzip.
- But it's 3 tracks 3-4-7 with size 0
