Dear god will they ever release a show that isn't from the 70s? Yes, I get it. The 70s are def the best era of Dead. No arguments there. But damn yo! There are 3 other decades of material to choose from. Even if they can't find a show from the 80s that's good enough from start to finish to release, they could certainly put something together. Maybe take all the highlights from a 3-4 night run and put them together? Yes, the 70s are the best, but there's so much great material in the 80s and 90s that they only did in that era. I wish they'd dig in to more of it. As far as I'm aware the only Days Between that has been released so far, out of all the hundreds of disks they've released, is the one on disk 5 of the So Many Roads box set.
ReplyDeletethank you
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot!
ReplyDeleteMarko two huge sets came out from the 90's and a giant 80's box. Dave can pick what he wants I'm just happy to get the shows. We should all be Grateful for the plethora of material that has been afforded.
ReplyDeleteOh and thank you for sharing, my brother.
ReplyDeleteI'd rather get a show from 67-76 over most any shows from the other years, but would also prefer they release an 84 or 91-95 show next, over more 77-78(great shows but I feel like they comprise over half my cds haha). Actually 79 is a year I would like to see more of in any series or set.
ReplyDeleteawesome man thank you!
