ReplyDeleteObviously I forgot to put the flak. But unfortunately as the captain has just commented above this comment I'm very disappointed in how some of you expect there. I very rarely have time to update this blog and when I see stuff like that makes me want to assess if my little bit of time off that I have from work should really be spent posting what I can win for some it obviously is not enough.

ReplyDeleteI’m not certain why you’re so upset about the comments. No one was rude; in fact, one person thanked you specifically. As for people *expecting* the FLACs, your own post says “FLAC and mp3 (v0) HERE” so obviously they were expecting FLAC. Perhaps they were just respectfully letting you know about an error of omission?
ReplyDeletePost the FLACs, don’t post the FLACs, ultimately it’s your blog and you can post whatever you like. And for the record, I and many others are very appreciative of all the work you’ve put into this over the years! But I really don’t think anyone here was trying to be rude.
dburgbacher your comment I found rude just like the “no FLAC” if you want FLAC then buy FLAC but don’t leave your scent of entitlement draped all over Jooge’s blog.

You told us all a few months back that due to job growth/change, you'd be dropping off on doing this. We all miss you and hope that your life change has been everything you had hoped for. None of us expect anything from you other than your happiness in life - and maybe a post now and then when you see fit.
