Last night, April 11, during a Grippo Funk Band show at Higher Ground
in Winooski, Vermont, the individual members of Phish emerged at
different times, eventually settling in for "Chalkdust Torture".

After setbreak, Dave Grippo's band, which includes Andy Moroz and
Jennifer Hartswick, returned to the stage, complete with Trey Anastasio
on guitar, Russ Lawton on drums, Tony Markellis on bass and Ray
Paczkowski on keyboards. At this point, the current, on-stage line-up
was only 3 members shy of the full 10-piece Trey Anastasio Band (TAB).
The unit then launched into the TAB staples Push on Till The Day and
Drifting. Trey then invited Page McConnell to join Ray on keys for a
rendition of Bob Marley's Small Axe, yet another song TAB has played.

  1. THanks this is an interesting one Trey has an idea of how heat effects live sound and insists the heat is pumped for the second set, this little speech, at some point in the first set, is very odd,
